Delivery area
Our initial delivery area is the United States. International checkout is not available. We will publish any future destination changes here before opening orders to additional countries.
Shipping price
Standard delivery is configured at US$6.95 per order for supported US delivery addresses. Any applicable taxes and the final order total will be shown at checkout before payment. We do not currently offer local pickup or advertise free shipping.
Processing and delivery times
Stock availability is displayed on each product page. Delivery service, handling times and transit estimates are still being confirmed. We will publish the applicable estimates before enabling online payments.
Our New Mexico registered business address is not a warehouse or dispatch location. The configured US$6.95 shipping charge is our customer delivery price, not a confirmed carrier transit estimate.
Tracking
When a shipped order has tracking available, the tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Check your delivery address carefully before placing an order and contact us promptly if it needs correcting.
Delivery problems
If an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email admin@revnolshop.com with your order number. We will investigate and explain the available resolution. Any required cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return request window after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns Policy. Contact us for the correct return address; our registered business address is not a returns facility.
