We want you to have clear return terms before buying from REVNOL LLC. This policy applies to purchases made directly through revnolshop.com once ordering opens. Online payments are not yet enabled.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Email admin@revnolshop.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide the return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Item condition
For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with tags and any included accessories. Please retain the packaging where possible. This condition does not restrict remedies for a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. Use a tracked service and retain proof of postage. For an item that arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us first; we will arrange a suitable resolution and cover reasonable return postage where a return is required.
Refunds
After receiving and checking the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
For change-of-mind returns, the original delivery charge is not refunded unless required by applicable law. For a confirmed fault or incorrect item, the relevant purchase price and applicable delivery charges will be refunded when a refund is the agreed resolution.
Cancellations and exchanges
Email us as soon as possible to cancel an order. If it has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid. If it has already shipped, follow the return process. We do not offer direct exchanges; return the eligible item and place a new order when the replacement is available.
Missing or delayed refunds
If we have confirmed a refund and it is not showing, check with your payment provider, then contact admin@revnolshop.com with your order number.
Return address
Always contact us for the correct return address. Our registered business address at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States is not a returns facility. Do not send goods there.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
